An event management package includes:

~ A date with one of our event managers to discuss your event needs and vision

~ A thought provoking event overview to gain insight into your event aims and expected outcomes, that we will use to shape your event and track progress

~ Set-up of ticketing site via Eventbrite, Humanitix or your preferred service

~ Management of RSVPs and enquiries

~ Venue scoping, quote requests and liaison

~ Third party sourcing, quote requests and liaison including PR, AV, photography, furniture hire, catering and floral arrangements

~ Attendee follow up including preparation of feedback form and thank you email

~  Comprehensive team debrief
