I’m an internationally award winning event professional and coach.
I work with heart-centered entrepreneurs and business owners who who want to bring meaning and impact to their community through events.

A typical week sees me:
~ Planning, managing and assisting at all types of events all over the world
~ Coaching motivated clients on creating successful events and building up solid business foundations
~ Being an eager virtual event assistant for those short on time, resources and contacts
~ Facilitating the love filled Beautiful Business Mastermind with action taking business owners who are building successful businesses
~ Acting as the Editor of EH Magazine - Inspired Events for Passionate Entrepreneurs
~ Interviewing incredible people for my youtube channel EHTV
~ Writing, planning, guest blogging, contributing, speaking and creating - all while drinking endless cups of tea and chai lattes.

Not being one to do things the traditional way, my business is one of a kind. Mixing 12 years’ in both the corporate and not for profit sectors, my experience in events and business development with a coaching certification means that all of my services are built with a holistic view to support, enable and inform. What does this mean for you? It means Empowerment. Knowledge. Understanding. Support. Love.
Personally, I’m as eclectic as my taste in music and there isn’t much I won’t get involved with. If you believe in it, we’ll do it. I love it all and whether you want glitz and glam, emotive and spiritual, informative and sincere or inspiring and ground shaking, I will be by your side the whole way.
When I’m not brainstorming/collaborating/cheering you on, you can find me indulging in tickle fests with my daughter, singing along to my favourite songs waaaay to loudly and surrounding myself with people that make my smile so big it hurts!

Jade McKenzie, owner of Event Head, is 5 x internationally award winning event professional and business coach with over 15 years’ experience in event management and business development in the corporate, not for profit and entrepreneurial sectors.
Jade specialises in working with thriving entrepreneurs and businesses ranging from start-ups to multi-millionaires who want to create successful and sustainable events. Having created, managed and executed a wide range of small and large scale events, she has worked within Australia’s most well-known venues, worked alongside celebrities and engaged high level corporate partnerships, whilst assisting to raise over a million dollars in charitable donations.
Jade's work has been enjoyed by thousands of people globally, with her events featuring in national and international media including TV, radio, print and digital platforms. She has taken to the stage delivering presentations and MC’ing in New York, London, Paris and across Australia and regularly presents online via masterclasses, webinars, podcasts, YouTube channels and video interviews.
Her passions include mentoring women in business, developing leadership in the workplace and empowering entrepreneurs to create impactful and sustainable businesses.
MEET THE TEAM
LAURA BANKS // BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Laura is a life-long learner who reckons nothing beats the phenomenal energy in a room full of people who are learning, growing and being inspired at an event together.
With a background in event + project management, communications + marketing, Laura has joined the Event Head Team as Business Development Manager, where she loves spreading the Event Head message + supporting Jade to take her big picture vision and make it happen!
Laura is also a certified life coach and NLP Practitioner who loves helping people do the things they’ve always wanted to, but haven’t + live the life they dream of living - not the life they think they have to live.
Laura loves challenging herself to get out of her comfort zone, which has seen her compete in her first half-ironman triathlon and; with her husband, two dogs and cat buy a bus to convert into a tiny home. Laura loves anything sparkly, especially shoes, champagne and the unicorn emoji.
FROU WILLIAMS // EVENT MANAGER
Frou is all about adventure, creativity and self expression. With a background in event and project management, Frou has joined the Event Head Team to help drive the growth of EH Europe, where she will help to build the EH brand and spread the love across the pond!
Outside of Event Head, Frou is an internationally certified wellbeing specialist, personal trainer and eating psychology coach. Her work is about cultivating the mind, body and soul of entrepreneurialism.
You'll often find her planning her next adventure into the great unknown, hunting for a good cup of coffee or spending time with her giant house rabbit which goes by the name of Chlodog.
CHLOE WIGAN // ADMINISTRATOR
Chloe is a self-confessed introvert and homebody who — only in the past couple of years — has discovered how much she loves connecting with others in-person at incredible and thoughtful events.
Chloe believes that nothing can beat the magic of in-person connection, which is why she loves supporting Jade and the Event Head team to do what they do best. She supports Event Head by helping out with all kinds of administrative work and projects behind the scenes.
When she’s not helping out with Event Head, Chloe is a life coach who supports young people in overcoming what’s holding them back so they can get the most out of their one infinite life. She is also obsessed with reading, chai and binge-watching her latest Netflix obsessions.
