3 MONTH COACHING AGREEMENT
This Agreement is Made Between Coach, Jade McKenzie, and Coachee, you the client.
2 sessions per month for 3 months unless otherwise agreed.
Sessions will be approximately 60 minutes in duration.
This agreement, will begin upon acceptance, and will continue for a minimum of 3 months.
The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching or tele-coaching, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession.
Upon completion of the 3 months, we may decide to extend our coaching to a month-to-month basis for an agreed upon fee. No matter what stage of coaching we are at, the client and coach agree to provide each other with fourteen-day notice in the event either wishes to cancel further services.
The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential. All matters discussed between us whether in person, via phone, Skype or email, remain fully confidential, records will be kept and disposed of in accordance with appropriate privacy laws.
Once we begin our coaching series I consider myself to be fully committed to you and your success. I know you will be committed to you too.
This commitment includes you going through the entire coaching series from start to finish, including the financial commitment that accompanies that.
If after our first full session together you feel that a coaching series is no longer right for you, I will gladly refund you the next session in the month you are yet to have, (if there is one outstanding), and release you from your coaching commitment. Once we have moved into session two however – we are in all the way.
No part of your coaching series is refundable past session one, however it is transferrable to someone else if for any reason you decide not to continue. In this instance the remaining coaching fee in your chosen series will be invoiced to you and once paid, I welcome you letting me know you have transferred your sessions to.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Your session time is reserved especially for you with preparation for done by me ahead of time. I value our time together and know you will too by respecting and keeping your appointment.
I understand that sometimes things do arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. I do not charge cancellation fees for this, but do encourage you wherever possible to please give me as much notice as you can to change our usual time.
Each of your coaching sessions will go for 60 minutes.
It is very rare for me to run late for your session. If this does occur I will endeavour, with your permission, to extend your session time.
If you arrive or are late for your appointment please be aware that due to other appointments or commitments, it is unlikely I will be able to extend your session time. If you are going to be more than ten minutes late for your session it is greatly appreciated if you could please let me know this with as much notice as possible.
While conducting sessions on Skype, if for any reason your computer camera is not working I will turn mine off as well. Please be aware that if working from a mobile rather than wi-fi internet connection when using Skype that this can impact the quality of the call (particularly video) considerably. I use a stable cable connection for the best quality possible, but if you are using a mobile one this may impact the quality and speed of our connection. In this instance it is usually best to turn the camera off from both ends. Please note this is also the case if you are on a data plan and have used up most of that data slowing your speed down.
If you have chosen to engage with me for your sessions via phone please note it is your responsibility to call me. If the cost of this concerns you I highly recommend you sign up for a free Skype account at www.skype.com where we can use the internet as our source of engagement, which is essentially just talking over the phone, using the internet for connection. This service will cost you nothing except your internet connection.
I welcome you contacting me via email between our sessions and I reply to emails during business hours Monday to Friday. This is a service I provide to all my coaching clients which you are welcome to use and in fact, you will be surprised at how much we can ‘shift, grow, develop and move’ via email alone. Please note that Facebook private messaging is not encouraged as I do not check it often and I prefer to keep all communication on email and in our Skype sessions. Emails will be attended to within a reasonable timeframe during business hours, Monday to Friday.
You will only gain wonderful momentum in your coaching series if you undertake agreed actions between coaching sessions. You agree to perform all actions set for you between sessions and advise me with as much notice as possible if they are not going to be completed. You will not hold me responsible for not achieving, (in whole or part), any of your goals and recognise that outside of coaching sessions your stated actions can only be carried out by yourself.
You acknowledge that the coaching series may be personally challenging and give rise to feelings such as frustration, stress and annoyance. You will not hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you in the event of mental, physical, emotional stress or distress caused directly or indirectly in relation to your coaching series. You will indemnify me in the event of any such claim.
You have no right to use or reproduce any of the processes, techniques, presentations, methodologies or materials used by me in your coaching series, outside your coaching series. You must not at any time reproduce materials given to you except for your own personal use.
I understand that I am working with Jade McKenzie for professional coaching at the agreed fee. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses, please see your accountant for further information.
